How should I store your desserts?
Fruit Pies and Cupcakes should be left out at room temperature and kept in an air-tight container or in our packaging. Please do not refrigerate these items. Dinner cakes can be refrigerated, however, they should be served at room temperature. Cheesecakes, key lime, lemon meringue, and cream pies should always remain refrigerated and are best served cold. Quiche should always remain refrigerated and is best served warm. Warm whole quiche in a 350 degree oven for about a half hour. Twinkies can be served cold or at room temperature, the bakery staff prefers them cold!

Do you deliver?
No, at this time we do not offer delivery.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Because all our products are baked fresh from scratch, we require advanced notice to fulfill all orders. We require at least 48 hours advanced notice. We are a small shop and can fill up on certain dates. Please understand if we are not able to accommodate your order.
Why can’t I have my dessert order ready for me in an hour?
We have freshly baked 7" Chocolate Rosette cakes available every day in our case to meet those last-minute special occasions (first come, first serve). However, all of our goods are baked fresh from scratch, so calling ahead is necessary to provide us enough time to bake your order.
How long will my desserts stay fresh?
Cakes cookies, and cupcakes should be consumed within two days of purchase. Pies, bread puddings, quiche, and cheesecakes should be consumed within three days of purchase.
At this time we do not make anything gluten free or vegan. As you can imagine, we have a lot of flour flying through the air at the bakery and do not want to cross contaminate any gluten free desserts.
Are you a nut-free environment?
While very few of our items contain nuts or peanut butter, our pans are used interchangeably. Therefore, our desserts are not suitable for people with severe allergies.
Can you match your icing to my party colors?
While we offer a wide variety of butter cream colors, custom matching is particularly difficult with food. We are also happy to work with you to find sprinkles in a close or complementary color to suit your needs.
Do you do wedding cakes? How about cupcake wedding cakes?
While we don't do traditional tiered wedding cakes, many people choose our layer cakes as a fun, old-fashioned alternative. Cupcake trees are becoming a huge hit among our clientele, we are happy to provide you with cupcakes, but do not provide the actual cupcake stands or "trees".
Do your desserts contain trans-fats?
No, none of our desserts contain any artificial trans-fats or preservatives. We only use real butter, sugar, maple syrup, and whole milks. We also try and use organic ingredients whenever possible.
